Chapters of Rose Croix provide mediation services when needed and appropriate. While any Chapter member can assist with mediation, the Committee of Four is specially designated for this purpose.
We fulfill this responsibility through two main methods outlined in Liber 194:
Proactive Support: The Committee of Four encourages positive social interactions among members and works to prevent conflicts before they arise.
Direct Mediation: When disputes do occur, we provide direct mediation assistance and help resolve conflicts between members at the regional level, avoiding the need to escalate matters to higher authorities.
Any O.T.O. member in good standing may contact their Chapter for mediation assistance. Please note that using Chapter mediation is optional—members may choose other dispute resolution methods as they see fit.
Our Committee of Four can help members in our region through:
Consultation: Informal discussions to help you understand your options and plan your next steps in a dispute
Resource Connection: Help connecting you with the appropriate U.S.G.L. offices for your specific situation
